The Confidence Catalyst: Leading from Within is an empowering, self-paced leadership activation experience created by Karen Gray, Founder of Confidence Coding™. Designed especially for women over 40 who are stepping into their next chapter of impact, this course helps participants rebuild self-confidence, overcome self-doubt, and embody the kind of authentic leadership that inspires others to rise.

Through five transformative modules combining neuroscience, embodiment, and reflective practice, women learn to unmask self-doubt, break emotional barriers, ignite inner power, and step fully into their brilliance. Each lesson is practical, heart-centered, and actionable—guiding women to reconnect with who they were created to be and lead from a place of purpose, presence, and power.

This self-study program is part of the 10,000 Women Rising movement, providing ambassadors and participants a roadmap to strengthen their leadership confidence while gaining insight and priority access to deeper community mentorship, mastermind support, and private coaching with Karen.
