Denise Ropp
At I Am Here, we transform workplace culture by empowering people to say, “It’s ok not to feel ok; and it’s absolutely ok to ask for help.” We build organizations where psychological safety, compassion, and courage become daily practices — not policies on paper.

The Result
I Am Here doesn’t just deliver a program — it transforms culture. Through partnership, we create workplaces where care is courageous, connection is normal, and every individual feels safe to seek and offer help. Together, we change beliefs, behaviors, and lives.
Before getting access to the course and program, you’ll need to join the 5-Day “Find Your Voice” Challenge — the activation experience that opens the door to the 10,000 Women Rising movement.
