2 – hour Self-Defense Class with retired Navy SEAL Randy Rozzell

This seminar will focus on increasing situational awareness and teaching women how to deal with common attacks from a standing position. They will learn to defend themselves from punches, grabs and holds, and attacks from behind. Additionally, they will learn how to avoid being taken to the ground and how to deploy defensive tools if they carry such items. They will leave with the ability to defend themselves with easy to learn yet effective techniques that can be applied as humanely or as violently as needed to survive an attack. This seminar will increase their confidence and empower them to never be a victim.
