Caroline Ribeiro-Nelson is Head of Free Choices and Founder of Diverse Mental Health Ltd. She is an experienced consultant, psychotherapist, executive coach, supervisor, and trainer with 30 years of expertise in mental health, well-being, and employee assistance support.

Throughout her career, she has led operational, clinical, and training roles across leading organisations in Germany, the UK, Europe, and the USA.

At the heart of her work is a deep commitment to creating thriving, inclusive mental health strategies that recognise the impact of identity, personal experience, and systemic inequalities.
