Dr. Connie Bell is a transformational executive, author, speaker, and scholar-practitioner with more than 30 years of leadership experience across corporate, academic, and global environments. She serves as Senior Vice President of Security Risk, Global Incident Response, and Fraud Detection & Analytics at Teleperformance, where she leads enterprise initiatives focused on governance, ethics, and operational resilience. She is also a doctoral professor and dissertation chair at the University of Phoenix, mentoring emerging scholars in business and leadership disciplines.
Dr. Bell’s research centers on ethical leadership, systemic equity, and risk governance in complex organizations. She is the author of the forthcoming book Shades of Strength: Defying the Brown Paper Bag Test (KMD Books, April 2026) and has published in academic and professional outlets including Compensation & Benefits Review, Women Thrive Magazine, and the Universal Journal of 21st Century Women’s Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Technology & Publishing.
A breast cancer survivor, Dr. Bell integrates lived experience into her leadership philosophy, advocating for resilience, wellbeing, and trauma-informed leadership. Guided by her mantra, “Lift as you climb,” she is committed to developing future leaders and advancing systems that balance high performance with human dignity.
