Mind Wellness University’s learning platform is designed for leaders, entrepreneurs, HR professionals, and anyone who leads a team in today’s diverse workplaces.
The MWU self-paced program blends required foundational courses, including Do No Harm© and Mental Health First Aid, complemented with a customizable catalog of workshops covering topics such as conflict resolution, de-escalation, resource navigation, trauma-informed communication, psychological safety, suicide prevention, Naloxone training, Motivational Interviewing, and more.
Completion of the program requires 24 hours of training, including the two required courses and 12 hours of your own selections. Upon completion, attendees will be certified Mind Wellness Champions. This certification is pending official Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) credentialing.
Champions are not therapists. They’re trained, trusted team members who offer support, share resources, and help create a culture of care at work.
Bottom line: Mental health is your business, and having the proper training and learning environment will enhance your organization, attract high-level talent, and help you retain your best employees because they will know your team and culture are a top priority.
Before getting access to the course and program, you’ll need to join the 5-Day “Find Your Voice” Challenge — the activation experience that opens the door to the 10,000 Women Rising movement.
