Cory Fisk

A six-week professional development experience designed to help women excel in male-dominated industries by embracing—not suppressing—their feminine strengths. Through weekly workshops, guided reflection, and practical application, participants build confidence, communication skills, and leadership presence that command respect and foster collaboration.

Led by Cory Fisk, a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience working and leading in male-majority environments, the program teaches women how to navigate tension, handle conflict, and maintain composure in high-pressure or even toxic situations. Topics include emotional intelligence, negotiation tactics, professional translation between communication styles, and leading with authenticity.

Each week focuses on core themes—awareness, the feminine advantage, communication, emotional regulation, mentorship, and leadership evolution. Participants gain practical tools to assert themselves effectively, establish boundaries, and influence outcomes without sacrificing integrity.

By the end of the bootcamp, women leave with sharper self-awareness, stronger communication strategies, and the ability to thrive as respected professionals and empowered leaders in any environment. They don’t just adapt to a man’s world—they learn how to lead in it, on their own terms, with clarity, courage, and confidence.

Before getting access to the course and program, you’ll need to join the 5-Day “Find Your Voice” Challenge — the activation experience that opens the door to the 10,000 Women Rising movement.
