Katie Moriarty is the founder of Full Spectrum FEMME Retreats and a renowned feminine energetics and embodiment mentor. 

After a thriving 13-year career in real estate, Katie followed a soul-deep calling and transitioned into mentorship for other powerful, high-achieving women.

Her mission is to support women in healing themselves, breaking generational cycles, and reconnecting with the parts of them that success alone can’t fulfill – their truth, their wholeness, and their spiritual essence. 

She is passionate about helping women feel safe in their full expression, step into their feminine power, and create a life that nourishes both the woman and the business.

Through her internationally recognized retreats, intimate group programs, and transformational one-to-one mentorship, Katie has guided thousands of women around the world in reclaiming who they truly are – beyond the roles, the expectations, and the external success.

Katie believes that when a woman heals and fully steps into her truth and power, she gives every other woman around her silent permission to do the same – and this is how we create a ripple effect that liberates women everywhere.
