Carey Overstreet

Carey Overstreet is the Founder of Carey-On Coaching, a Certified Menopause and
Health Coach, Professional Speaker, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, and
the 2025 President of the Toastmasters Thunderbolt Orators Club in Lakewood. She
was recently featured in Boss Babes Magazine, which celebrates powerhouse women
entrepreneurs making bold moves in business and beyond.

With over two decades of experience as a Recreational Therapist, Carey has dedicated
her career to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities through inclusive sports,
recreation, and community engagement. Her lifelong passion for health and wellness
led her to become a Health Coach—and most recently, a Menopause Coaching
Specialist—empowering women to navigate midlife with confidence, clarity, and self-
love.

Having personally overcome an eating disorder in her 20s, thyroid disease in her 30s,
and navigated all stages of menopause with grit and natural methods, Carey brings a real, relatable voice to her work. She helps women reclaim their energy, strength, and joy through her signature coaching framework built on Mindset, Macros, Muscle, and
Me/Sleep, Stress, and Self-Care.

As a dynamic and uplifting speaker, Carey delivers impactful talks on menopause,
