As an entrepreneur since 5th grade and with over 30 years experience in the corporate world, Yvette Simmons Payne has made her way through nearly every role in sales over the course of her career. From management to marketing, accounting to customer service, she has always most enjoyed the direct, face-to-face interaction with clients rather than sitting behind a desk. She’s created new departments from scratch and led them to self-sufficiency, prevented endangered branches from closing by stepping in and successfully ramping up sales, and often found herself in roles of leadership and mentoring. When Yvette first learned about the B.A.N.K. methodology through one-on-one training with Cheri Tree, founder and developer of B.A.N.K., she couldn’t wait to pass it on and further live out her passion for helping others reach their goals. Through discovering her own code and learning how to code others, her business, interpersonal relationships, and even marriage took on an entirely new life. With “Nurturing” as her primary code, she’s naturally adept at helping to grow relationships, solving problems, and equipping others with the tools they need to succeed.
